Virtual Ip|engines

The Ipanema System can also deliver its functions across sites that are not equipped with ip|engines through the notion of Tele-Management.

To manage such sites, “virtual” ip|engines are configured in the System. Virtual ip | engines are implemented using software agents instantiated on physical ip | engines that perform the desired functions on behalf of such unequipped sites.
