Training COURSES

Ipanema’s instructor-led training (ILT) courses are organized according to modules that are constantly updated to match the latest Ipanema system features. Standard course offerings include:

trainning

IFB

The Ipanema system Features & Benefits course is an overview of Ipanema‘s Autonomic Networking system in a dynamic one-day session that includes both lectures and hands-on experiences. While IFB is not required for people who plan to attend the OTS course, the instructor-led IFB training can be a good introduction before an OTS e-Learning course, making this combined curriculum a nice alternative to a full instructor-led OTS training.

ISE

The Ipanema Sales Expert course applies to Ipanema’s partner sales teams. At the end of the ISE course, attendees will have the capabilities to:

  • Present Ipanema’s offering to their prospects and customers, with a deep understanding of business drivers, associated services and differentiation factors
  • Deliver Ipanema commercial proposals, using our price list and quote tool
  • Calculate the Total Savings Impact (TSI) of the Ipanema solution on an enterprise’s IT budget

PSL

The Ipanema Pre-Sales course applies to Ipanema’s partner pre-sales teams. At the end of this PSL course, attendees will have acquired sufficient theoretical knowledge to allow them to build and size Ipanema architectures as well as the methodology to set up successful pilots and deployment.

WGO

The WAN Governance course allows delegates to get a full understanding of the Ipanema reporting capabilities and acquire the methodology to deliver Wan Governance quarterly audits.

OTS

The Operational and Technical Support course teaches Ipanema system administrators to install, configure and manage the different components of the system.

ASU

The Advanced Support course teaches Ipanema system administrator to configure and customize their system through the use of advanced parameters, hints and tips, and to exploit the richness of reporting to resolve application performance incidents over the network.

This training is the second module of the Technical Support curriculum, and follows OTS training course.
